Training for editors in the TYPO3 backend
Experience shows that the quality of a website can decline some time after launch. This is usually because your editors either do not know all the system’s features or have forgotten processes they already knew. Often, it also becomes necessary to re-sensitize editors to certain content when, for example, new requirements make it necessary to adapt the page content.
There are often many paths to the same goal; which path is taken also depends on the preferences of an editor. As routine sets in, one often also forgets alternative ways that may make it easier to implement requirements in some cases. With a newly rolled out TYPO3 version, there are usually new tools and helpful options as well. However, they are often not used because the editor is not aware of them.

Documentation
When do you need the documentation? When you are working in the backend. That is why we recommend a documentation and training area directly in your TYPO3 backend. You and the development team can quickly document new features and changes to the system there.
Video tutorials
If desired, we can also create individual tutorials for you. These videos are practical when, for example, you have to awkwardly update a publication once a year. For such use cases, we are happy to create a video tutorial that reminds you of the most important steps in two minutes.
