Anyone who works with passion on digital solutions every day knows: a strong team is the most important asset. All the more pleasing when that very team says back that it enjoys working here.

In the summer of 2017, FOCUS-Business, together with the employer review platform Kununu, identified the best mid-sized employers in the German-speaking region. The evaluation was based on over 324,000 employee ratings of around 13,000 companies in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

e-pixler is represented on this list – and may officially call itself "Top Employer Mid-Sized Business 2018".

What the award is about

Only companies with between eleven and 500 employees were considered for the ranking, and they had to have at least ten reviews on Kununu – including at least three from the last two years. The average rating had to be at least 4.12 out of 5 stars.

The final score was made up of several factors: the average rating, the number of reviews, and the number of employees. This captured not just individual opinions, but an overall impression that was meaningful.

A joint success

For e-pixler, the award is not only a nice confirmation, but also a sign that company culture, team spirit, and trust are tangible in everyday life.

Management is pleased about the positive feedback – but above all about the people who made this award possible in the first place. Because the best employers are those where appreciation is not written in PowerPoint presentations, but lived in daily interaction.
