Successful Websites – The Book Project

e-pixler has been involved in website creation for years and, as a full-service digital agency, of course also with everything that goes with it. We had the opportunity to compile exactly that in a book. “Successful Websites for Dummies” was published at the beginning of the year by Wiley-VCH.

We have good news for you. And in times of Corona, that is certainly not the norm. Fortunately, we are not scaling back staff or processes, but continuously expanding them. In this context, e-pixler HOSTING GmbH merged into e-pixler NEW MEDIA GmbH on October 8, 2020.

First online meetup on accessibility

On July 8, Dr. Rebecca Walter invited participants to the first online meetup on accessibility / barrier-free access on the web. This gave participants the opportunity to learn what website providers must take into account under the new law, how stumbling blocks can be avoided, and what advantages an accessible website has.

What may/can/must a cookie banner do?

Before the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic, e-pixler New Media GmbH hosted its first event as part of the e-pixler academy. Kicking off the event series „AfterWork-Inspiration“ was an exciting evening on the topic of cookie banners. More dates are to follow as soon as possible.

We are available for you from home!

The current situation requires a fundamental rethink. Your safety and that of our colleagues is our top priority. Therefore, our team is already working from home. All planned workshops in March and April will be rescheduled for our e-pixler academy participants as soon as an improvement in the current situation is in sight.

Workshops with an event character

e-pixler has recently appointed an event manager with a special area of responsibility. Franziska is the coordinator and contact person for everything related to the e-pixler academy. The new position became necessary because e-pixler wants not only to expand its seminar offering next year, but also enrich it with completely new concepts.

One step ahead

After the official reception and a glass of sparkling wine or juice, the visitors had arrived and began their discovery tours. Everyone tried to experience or try out as much as possible that evening. Well past midnight, people were discussing, dancing, or enjoying the spectacular view.
