Hoffbauer Foundation

The collaboration with the Hoffbauer Foundation began in 2018. On their web presence, the Extended Long Term Support (ELTS) of the TYPO3 version used at the time had expired. So there was an urgent need to address the website’s security.

After detailed consultation with e-pixler experts, the decision was made quickly. The e-pixler team started with the technical reconstruction and, step by step, developed a wide range of design adjustments for better user guidance and a more contemporary look. In the technical implementation, features were simplified and implemented in line with the TYPO3 core.

All work was carried out in close coordination with Hoffbauer and according to a fixed schedule by the e-pixler project team. In the meantime, the Hoffbauer Foundation is a satisfied service customer.
The project team keeps an eye on the website at all times. Everything works without friction, since the site and its domains are also hosted by e-pixler.

Around 1,000 employees of the Hoffbauer Foundation accompany children, young people, and adults in 40 facilities on their educational journey. In addition, they support and care for seniors in long-term care facilities. In hospice work, they support people on their final journey through life. Their work is guided by Christian values.
