VBB in a new look and feel

A highly functional, accessible website is indispensable for the smart integration of transport modes in the city and the countryside. That is why the VBB initiated a Europe-wide tender for the refresh of the VBB website. e-pixler won!

From January to May 2021, the e-pixler team applied its combined expertise to conceptualize, design, and implement the VBB website relaunch. Among other things, it succeeded in reducing the approx. 1,400 pages to approx. 300 pages and migrating them to a current TYPO3 with a fresh design.

Thanks to the user-friendly, responsive, and accessible design, the website can now be used easily and intuitively by all visitors. This guarantees a positive user experience.

A refresh worth seeing

2025: We won the tender for the service contract at VBB and were also able to adapt the homepage design. To ensure all users can quickly and accessibly reach their destination, the homepage was fundamentally redesigned and the navigation restructured. The goal was to create a clear separation between B2C and B2B offerings without losing the website's recognizability or design consistency.
