Vivantes – Network for Health GmbH

Since spring 2022, we have taken over the maintenance and upkeep of the website „Hospitals in Berlin“ and various other WordPress and TYPO3 sites of Vivantes.
The Vivantes Network for Health GmbH includes 9 hospitals, 18 nursing homes, 2 senior residences, outpatient rehabilitation, medical care centers, a hospice, as well as subsidiaries for catering, cleaning, and laundry services.

The e-pixler team supports Vivantes in areas such as concept development, strategy, user guidance, and search engine optimization (SEO). We act as a holistic point of contact for all corporate and association departments. Our project management is agile and works with Scrum methods.

In this way, we are always exactly where our expertise is needed. Our services range from third-party management to backend support, editorial work & documentation, website optimization, SEO, and concept & design of new elements with a focus on optimal user guidance and accessibility.

For Vivantes, we developed an interactive overview that shows the average waiting times in the central emergency departments in real time – broken down by location. The map is based on the averaged values of the last six hours and gives patients a quick orientation on where shorter waiting times can currently be expected. The element is seamlessly integrated into the existing website and was conceived and implemented in close coordination with the client.

For a uniform social media presence, the e-pixler UX team created templates that Vivantes can implement in the online tool of their choice and that ensure a professional appearance.
