Vilo Personal is an established personnel recruitment company specializing in the recruitment and selection of new employees. With its holistic personnel solutions, VILO offers tailored support for companies in a wide range of areas. These include applicant management as well as project-based temporary staffing, direct placement, or the outsourcing of commercial processes.

In 2023, e-pixler was commissioned—as part of a digitalization initiative—to modernize the digital offerings and processes of Vilo-Personal.

Analysis, requirements workshop, and concept development:

In an in-depth analysis and a requirements workshop, we identified weaknesses and captured VILO's vision. Both were prerequisites for developing a tailored concept and at the same time formed the basis for the entire relaunch.

By implementing an API interface for the web-based software Zvoove Recruit, the website was linked to the CRM system and user navigation was optimized. The software automates the entire recruitment process. A specific job filter allows visitors to search specifically for suitable jobs in various professional fields.

Using wireframes, we developed the optimal site structure and iteratively optimized it to ensure an intuitive and user-friendly website. Additional call-to-action elements were implemented to increase user engagement. As part of the redesign measures, search engine visibility for relevant keywords was improved or, in some cases, made possible for the first time. This leads specifically to an increase in qualified inquiries.

As part of the relaunch, we also revised the Vilo Personal logo. It now fits seamlessly into the new design concept without losing its original character.
