e-pixler was commissioned – as part of a digitalization project – to modernize DOC Specialists GmbH's processes. The primary goal: a seamless applicant management process for relevant target groups. In addition, the website's digital visibility and user guidance were to be improved.
From analysis to the integration of interface and job filter
The analysis showed that the job profiles on the website system had to be integrated via iFrame technology with a high level of manual effort. This led to low visibility on the internet and severely limited functionality.
To professionalize the recruitment process, Zvoove Recruit was introduced as the central CRM system. An interface was developed to seamlessly integrate the software into the website. The specially developed job filter enables visitors to find suitable job offers and apply directly on the website.
User-friendly website with perfect user flow
e-pixler developed a modern layout for the website with the aim of optimizing user guidance so that relevant target groups are addressed better and consulting services are highlighted more clearly. Call-to-action elements were implemented to improve user interaction.
The new digital offering now also includes the option to advertise and arrange on-site appointments.

The digitalization of processes as well as the implementation of Zvoove Recruit, alongside the modern appearance, led to an efficient digital application process for DOC Specialists. Through improved user guidance and expanded consulting services, relevant target groups (clinics and medical practices, applicants/doctors) are effectively addressed and new market segments are opened up.
The professional presentation of the content and the provision of streamlined processes, as well as the clear communication of the USPs, enable DOC Specialists to stand out from competitors and acquire new customers.
